August, 2006
Added several links to articles and booklets (in PDF format) and
updated some of the broken links on LD
Colleges webpage.
Added the link to IDEA-2004 regulations that were just published
on August 3, 2006 on the Laws
webpage.
Updated the school's Who's Who web page, with Empower training
information and changes in personal for the new school year.
Added a Page index to the Evaluatorswebpage, for easier access.
Added a list of conditions that may qualify a students for
coverage by Section 504, but not for IEP, on the 504 Section
webpage.
Update the Bullying
webpage to include several more links to articles and websites.
Updated the links to the Dept. of Ed (DOE) that had changed on
the Mass.
Organization webpage.
Updated the Laws
webpage to include a table that shows where to find a particular topic
in the IDEA-2004 law, (including where it was in IDEA-97) this
information was also from the information learned at Wrightlaw
Bootcamp,
May 2006, in Springfield.
Updated the links to the articles and FAQ on the WISC-IV webpage.
Added a Page index to the Disability Links webpage, for
easier access to the each disability.
July, 2006
Added a Page index to the Reviewing IEP webpage, for
easier access to the description of each page of the IEP.
Added Jan Yen, South Shore contact information, back on our Tutors
page.
Added the article about the difference between IFSP and IEP to

Bootcamp, May 2006, in Springfield.
Updated the Recreation Year round

opening day of our new community pool.
Updated the html formatting code displaying on our Summer

Added when parent should receive their IEP from the school, on theTime factorswebpage.

Updated and numbered and expanded the, "Guidelines for
messages posted to our discussion list", especially #5, on our discussion listwebpage.
Updated our Advocacy
webpage with change of address information for TJ.
Added the DOE form number for Evaluation request (N 1), Type of Evaluations.
Added the comment, "If your school is
going to use the The Woodcock Johnson III
(WJ-III)", so parents do not think that is the only test that can be
used. Added the "They must give all the test necessary to obtain
a
cluster scores.", to WJ-III webpage, I learned from the
WJ-III presentation, hosted by
Billerica PAC.
Reformatted the request
an independent evaluation (IEE), listing the 5 ways to
be eligible for the school district to fund a full outside evaluation
on the Request
Evaluation webpage.
Added the time parents have to respond to the IEP, once they
receive it, on theTime factorsand FAQ webpage.
Added two new tutors to our Tutor
webpage with C. Carperenter and A. Ryan.
Update Professor Mahesh Sharma background information on the Evaluators
and Math webpages.
Added a new page with 4 months of approvedMeeting Minutes from PAC board meeting
with our Special Education Director.
Updated the Learning books page, fixed links to the
other two other book webpages, cleaned up the page index, added
sections, moved the publishers the main book webpage and added
another copy of Overcoming
Dyslexia book to this webpage under Reading
issues Section, it is also listed on the Disabilities book page.
Update our homepage,
changed the photo on our website to Cooked Turkey for November and
point the calendar to November.
Updated Connie Hilton and Tim Sindelar, firm name from Bowman,
Moos & Hilton to their new firm name Ames, Hilton,
Martin & Sindelar, on the Lawyerswebpage.
