August, 2004
Created an Change in Eligibility web page, to
include that evaluations must be done before determining that the child
is no longer a child with a disability.
Updated the The IDEA web page, and the home page, with
new information about vote and website links.
Added
a page key/index, and updated the title of the page, to the Special
Education laws Web page.
Added
these 5 definitions: Behavior Management
Plan (BMP), DD - Development Disorder or Developmental Disabilities, DH
-
Developmentally Handicapped, IEP, and IFSP to our Definitions
web page. Added Federal Regulation refer to FAPE.
Added
a page key/index, and new question on accessing student records (now
#5, giving us a total of

Questions (FAQ) Web page.
Reformatted
the Evaluators
web page and updated CEC address, to correct information and create a
more professional look.
